How to add notes to a contractor payment?

Hello I have a couple contractors that I pay on a regular basis and when I pay them through square payroll I don’t see an option for adding any notes ( i.e. the job name) or Customer address where my contractor did the work. Is this possible?

Hello @Starreddie! You can add a note but you'll need to look out for the option to add a 'memo' from your Payroll Dashboard (rather than a note).

To add a memo: Once you've add a contractor to the run > click the three blue dots to the right of the 'Gross Pay column' > click Add a memo.
