How is the “Donate” function “OUT OF STOCK”

Hello I am in the process of trying to set up my page. So I have many questions but I’ll start with this one. 

I created a “donation” section/ item for a local cheer team I am running sponsoring a fundraiser for. After I put in all the required info, on my actual front end it says “out of stock”

please help, I’ve tried all the following:

- Waiting 24 hours

- making it visible and then hidden then visible again

- clicked the track stock toggle off

- clicked the track toggle on and added inventory 

What am I missing?

HI, which Item Type did you select?  The options/features are dependent on the proper “type”.

I selected donation

This is still an ongoing problem as I have just set up a similar donation page for our nonprofit and they are showing out of stock. Called tech support who started a ticket but didn't know when it would be fixed.

I was able to locate your website, but I do not see the donations page. Can you please reply with the link so I can a further look into this?
