How do I transfer funds to my bank account from the square up machine?
I did business today at a location that lost it's wifi during the day. I have money in my machine that needs to transfer. When I got home, I logged into my account and it told me I wasn't connected to Wifi.... Why do I have to reconnect and enter password again?
Now no matter what I do, I can't log into wifi....and I can't transfer my funds. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get logged into wifi again? I'm putting in the password, have the proper name for the network.... yet can't transfer funds.

Did you happen to use Offline Mode when you lost internet connection? If so, please give us a call as soon as you can. We want to look into this for you, and make sure the funds get transferred, as this may be a time sensitive issue.
