I set up a coupon in Dashboard and see that might be the issue... but, do not see where else I can set it up. I announced a sale, and now no one is able to use the coupon.

It directs you to go to your item library on your register or terminal when checking out, and click on Redeem Rewards. It's here you would input the coupon code. I hope this helps solve your issue.
