How do I edit and set up the mail to auto-reply the ticket/link to my event

hi, help needed, I'm looking for the support, but couldn't get in touch. Hope someone can help me here or point me in the right direction for support. I have set up my first item for sale on my Weebly website, and have made a test purchase, and everything seems to be in order with Stripe.

Now, the  important finishing details. 1)how can I edit and set up the mail for auto-reply  to the customer directly after purchase. (Including the ticket/link to the event they purchased, that is my product)  I do need a clear step by step instruction for how to do this. I have tried the article in the help section but I can't seem to find the correct corresponding choices on my Weebly dashboard. 

2)Also, when I'm editing the product, I can't edit the button text and colour - plus some of the field text on the sales page for the product/item.

HI, Square obtained Weebly 2018 so any assistance would be with Square Customer Support.  

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
