How do I disable gift cards or promotions?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Discounts on gift card]

 

I put a discount on a single E gift card I sent a customer because I made a mistake and wanted to offer them something. 

now it appears if I was to send another person a gift card but DID NOT want to discount it- that the system is not allowing me to deactivate the 100% discount-

I was told by square to “toggle” it off back in the promotions screen but it won’t save ? 

how do I put it back ?

I'm happy to help look into this. What steps are you taking/what action are you completing to end the series? Also, what internet browser are you using?

Chrome is definitely our most supported browser. 

Sorry for the confusion. Where in the dashboard are you going to try and delete the discount? Do you mind sending us a screenshot? Thank you!
