How do you change the information collected at checkout? We work primarily with schools and the customer's name does not always match the contact for the school. Is there a way to add a form question where they can put their school name when checking out?

Are you referring to the Checkout Screen on your POS device? If so, you can add note to the sale and include the school name.

May I ask where your customer would be adding the note themselves - through Square's Online Store, in the POS app, on a invoice?

In the previous version I was Voe to add a note when using the keypad. This I where I put the clients name so I can easily scan in the transactions tab. I really want this option. Sometimes I am reviewing transactions to see if a client purchased a pkg of sessions or a single session. Please add this back in

To search for Notes you will have to visit your Transactions Page in the Square Dashboard and modify the last filter to Note and input your query.
