How can we get square support to respond on email?

How can we get in touch with customer service the support here is ridiculous we sent an email last week. We need to ensure our website is connecting to square and people are getting error messages. How can we email customer support and get someone to respond?

If you’d like to call our Support Team, you’ll need your customer code. In order to find your customer code, try these steps:

1. Sign In to your Square account.
2. Click Resources in the top right corner of your screen.
3. Click Contact and ask to speak to a representative.

This is not helpful. I did this today and last night. It brings me to chat and a bunch of automated responses and articles. I type that in and I can't get anyone. Please I need to get someone on email or on call.
