[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: using tickets]
Hello, I am trying to figure out how to use the ticket function for my business. I need the ability to print two tickets that both include what is being purchased. Currently, the stub does not include the item, I would also like my company name printed on the ticket, is that possible? The business is a mason supply yard, we would like the office to keep a ticket and give the stub to the customer who can give it to the yard guy to fulfill the order.

Hey @SJCMS-
Thanks for elaborating on that. What about printing two order tickets? Rather than giving the customer the order ticket stub (which doesn't have items), you would provide them the same type of ticket that the fulfillment crew would receive.
To reprint an order from your open tickets:
- Select Tickets.
- Tap Edit.
- Select ticket to reprint > tap Reprint Ticket.
Let me know what you think! 💡

Hey @SJCMS-
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
It sounds like you might need to be printing a receipt and a ticket. Only the receipt would show your logo and the items (in addition to the ticket for the fulfillment team).
At what point do your customers pay for the goods? After the order has been fulfilled?
Let me know so I can make a more concrete suggestion.

Hi,
Our customers do both, they pay at the time of sale, and others are invoiced later and billed monthly.
Currently, the customer who pays at the time of the sale can use the receipt to provide to the yardman to fulfill the order. ( Man buys a yard of sand, pays and goes to the yardman, shows the receipt and has his order fulfilled)
Those who are invoiced (on account) is where we are trying to figure out how to give the customer (or their workers), a ticket to provide to the yardman to fulfill the order. So the ticket would have to show the item purchased. The item can be entered as an invoice and saved as a draft, but I'm not sure I can print a ticket from an invoiced item.
