How can I make it so I can't scroll below the page? (weebly)

When I publish my Weebly site, the user can scroll beneath the white page and see a black background underneath it. I don't like how it looks. I've attached an image. Is there a way to make that black into white OR so they can't scroll to see it? Thanks so much!!!IMG_3661.jpg

Hello @MasonY thanks for your post. I'm not sure why you're seeing this black area; are you able to see a "footer" beneath this black bar? The first place I'd check is your Site Design. When you first go into edit your website, you'll see the Site Design at the very bottom on the left side (see screenshot). Click on Site Design, and see if changing any of the colors affect this bottom black are you're seeing. I do not think you can control or limit the page scrolling.

Thank you. Though, I'm using a weebly site, so my sidemenu is dark grey and does not have a "Site Design" option. It does have a small blue footer that says "powered by weebly." Do you know any other solutions?
