We are a meat processing facility and have been using Square for our invoicing but would like to start offering an online booking option. The booking would be a time for the delivery time only, nothing else. I created the services in time increments according to how many beeves are delivered and set the calendar avaliability accordingly. However, in walking through the setup process, when I try to schedule a sample appointment, I am seeing that all the options for processing (aka my items library used for invoicing) including my discount is also available for customers to choose from when making an appointment. How can I limit the online appointment options to only the SERVICES I created and omit the items library? Having all the extra items will be horribly confusing to everyone trying to book a delivery time slot only. Everything I have read indicates that the "appointments" are geared to a service and invoicing or POS was for items.
Please advise.

Welcome to the Community, @CindyN
Can you post a link to your online booking page so I can get a better understanding of what you are seeing on your end? Thanks!

I do not have a link. As I mentioned, I’m still in the setup process. “However, in walking through the setup process, when I try to schedule a sample appointment, I am seeing that all the options for processing (aka my items library used for invoicing) including my discount is also available for customers to choose from when making an appointment.”
I have not completed the setup because I am trying to figure out how to remove my items library from my booking option. In attempting to set up a sample appointment, the service I wanted was buried amongst my items library and it took scrolling through a barrage of information to get to what I was looking for. If that is what the client sees it would be frustrating to them.
I explored the possibility that what I was seeing was a “back side” of the schedule and that customers would not see all the options but if items are for invoicing, then they should not be available even on the backend of an appointment booking. That’s what invoices are for.
What do you advise?

Apologies for the misunderstanding. 😊
Square Appointments should only allow you to use services that you have set up. Anything under the Items section should not be available to book.
Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you click on Appointments > Services?
