How can I get a transaction report showing orders grouped by 'paid by' field?

How can I get a transaction report showing what someone ordered grouped by (paid by field)?

We sell items to our group, so when an order comes in I'd like to see who I owe product to.

Not sure what type of report you are wanting or how you are getting your orders?  if they are POS sales you can pull a transaction report for the day or time period.  Download the .csv file and sort by the customer.   If it is from Square online store you can download the online store orders .csv file and sort by the customer.
