How can I enable Payment Methods?
The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Can customers use a debit card and/or Apple Pay?"
I don't see any way for customers to pay with a debit card or Apple Pay in my store. The only choice shown at checkout is credit card. Is it possible to use these other alternatives? What do I need to do to enable it?

After you Press Charge your Tap reader can accept the Tap from Apple Pay or Google Pay or from any Credit Card with the Tap ability. Now since you asked if the customer can use Debit AND Apple Pay you would have to set it as a Split Tender to charge the Debit card with a Visa/MC logo etc as explained earlier, and then Charge the Apple Pay device. These features are setup for you already as long as the Customer already has the Apple Pay or Google Pay setup on their device that they are tapping.
The big thing is that People ask me is can I use my Debit Card here, I just say as long as you can use it as a Credit Card and do not have to enter a Pin you can use it. We just do not have a way for you to enter a PIN, and we do not give cash back on Credit Card purchases.
