How can I change my dashboard it is reflecting the wrong amount in sales?

The amounts in your Square Dashboard cannot actually be manually adjusted. Because all of the information is pulled directly from your Square Registers, the numbers should always match up directly with every sale that you have made on your devices. 

 

If you made a test transaction or need to adjust the amount, you can always process a refund to correct any sale mistakes.

I use a different credit card processor and the credit card amount on square was $600 more than the crefit card total from the processor.  How do I change the amount on the dashboard since I use the reports from dashboard to pay my taxes.  I don't want want pay taxes on $600 I did not recieve.

You would have to find the transactions that were entered into Square incorrectly from the other processor when typed into Square and then adjust those sales by refunding them to balance out.  Or just refund the whole difference.  Somewhere when typing into Square or the other Credit Card processor a number, or multiple numbers, was mistyped (So either Square was typed in more or not enough was charged on your other account).
