I toggled the low inventory alert & tracking buttons and changed the count to zero. This seems to have worked on the On-line store; it is marked as unavailable. But I am still able to ring it up on the POS in store.

Good morning. While logged into the website, not the mobile app, on the left side select "ITEMS", it's the 3rd option. Then find the item you are lokking for, click on it. Once you're in that screen the top right corner of the screen shows "DELETE" highlighted in red. That should take care of it quickly for you.
