How best for an employee to take payment at another location?

I just added a contractual trainer to my dog training business. He will be seeing some individual clients and I'd like him to be able to take payment instead of the client calling me so I can take their card over the phone.

Is there a way to do this, so the Squareup app is on his phone and payments go to my business account? He is paid a percentage of the fees.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

I would suggest you take a look at Team Management for this. That way, he can accept payments on your behalf. With the right permissions, you can provide him with his own login credentials, and he can sign into the Square app. He'll be able to take payments, and you can grant him access to any of our other features.
