Group items on a ticket?
Is there a way to group items on a ticket? For example, I ring in a Latte then a muffin. Then I ring in a sandwich and another latte. Can the 2 lattes be automatically grouped on the ticket?

Hello @JavaDude!
If the two Lattes are exactly the same, it should group the items together on the ticket. It would be displayed with an "x 2". 🙂

Hello my tickets use to do that a now today when we started taking orders they are not grouped together. It’s causing issues in the kitchen and I’m trying to find a way to resolve it
