I'm looking for a way to get more insight into gift card sales. Currently I only see the "Gift Cards" section under "Reports" as a way to see any type of details about how many gift cards were sold, but it is only giving me very general information such as how many and how much in total. I haven't been able to find a way to filter the "Item Sales" or "Category Sales" reports in order to show more details, but maybe I'm missing something.
At the end of the day I want to be able to pull a report that shows:
1) Number of gift cards sold per employee
2) Average gift card amount sold per employee
3) Average gift card amount sold in general
4) Impact of discounted gift card sales on the total net sales (more insight into this: We use gift cards for promotions and giveaways, so we ring up a gift card under a 100% discount so we can give away a free gift card etc. I've noticed that in the "Gift Cards" reporting section, it'll count the discounted or free gift cards in the net activations total under the full amount and not distinguish a discounted amount of the total activations, so its hard to get a quick check on how many gift cards are real activations that we collected money on, and how many are free gift cards.)
