Get Rewards and Gift Cards off of Item List

How do I get the "Rewards" and "Gift Cards" off my item list?  I don't offer Rewards or Gift Cards and they are taking space at the top of my item list for a Point of Sale transaction.  How do I get them off?

These can't be removed from the item list as they are coded to be at the top for access to the majority of people that do use it.

I'll just have to live with it . . . but it makes much more sense to give those that use those features have the "option" to put it at the top of their list, rather then mandate that everyone (even those who do not use it) at the top of their list.  Plus -- I highly doubt that everyone that uses those features always wants them always at the "top" of their of items.  It's an inconvenience that Square really fix -- so that their users have choices, rather than mandates.

I put an * before the name of my item.  My list is sorted alphabetically.  The * comes alphabetically before any letters or numbers so it put my Gift Cards and Redeem Rewards option at the bottom of my list.
