Hello @katesclips thanks for your post. You can see some general info about creating pop-ups here. There are instructions for adding your email to be notified when you receive any new submission. You can activate that option so you don't miss when customers are added to your directory. If you go to your Dashboard > Customers, that is where their name/email will be added when they complete the pop-up form.
If you're not seeing that there, then go to Dashboard > ONline > Website > Form Submission. See if you have any info here related to your popup. I hope this helps answer your question.
