Do I lose my Transactions/Customers/Inventory Data after I un-subscribe from Square?

I am switching to a different POS application. I tried Square but it did not meet my requirements. 

Having used it for almost 6 months, I have Sales, Inventory, Vendor and Customer data that I do not want to lose.

Does anyone know if there is a grace period after I un-subscribe that will allow me to download this historical data? 

Additionally, would XLS/CSV be the best format to download this data?

there isn't a subscription to Square POS.  you can look at it anytime now or later.  on most pages, there are places to export reports, items, transactions, etc
