Seems I'm unable to deselect Alaska and Hawaii from the online Shipping Profile - I'm using the Continental United States (48 States & 1 Property) profile (1st option listed) - I can deselect some places like "American Samoa" for example by selecting States, however both Alaska and Hawaii are pre-selected (greyed out) so I cannot deselect either. What am I missing ?
Thanks - at first I still could not deselect both states per your steps however, after looking at the screen shots you provided, I started to tinker - for whatever reason I had 3 shipping profiles setup - fast forward, I deleted all three and then had a message that I did not have any shipping profiles - I then setup a custom profile and was actually able to deselect the states I did not want to ship to. Seems the 3 profiles that were there I was unable to edit - bottom line - I deleted everything and started from scratch and setup a custom shipping profile. I believe I'm where I want to be. Thank you for responding, it actually did help me work through the issue.
Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, Shipping, scroll down to Shipping Profiles, far right Edit, Select States, popup to deselect States by removing check mark.
