Delivering items

Hi!  We are using square to sell spirit wear at our high school.  We would like to offer the option to deliver the items to a student's classroom by having them enter their class period and room # in the notes on the payment page.  Is there a way to add a note somewhere instructing them to do so?

Hi there. 

The best option for you would be to include these instructions on your main page of the Online Store. You can also add this to the item description so that it comes up for them when they click on the item for purchase. 

There might be a few other work-arounds as well, but this is probably the most commonly used among other Online Store sellers.

Thanks!  I will try that!  Is there a way to add it to the description of every single item all at once rather than individually?

You can, @bellairebelles. You're able to bulk edit your items by exporting and importing them from the Items dashboard. Hope that helps, let us know if you have any other questions.
