Customer cancelled Apple Pay
A customer paid with Apple Pay and left. A minute or so later Square notified us that the transaction was cancelled. What happened? Did the customer steal from us? How do we avoid this?

I'm not sure what it said but a customer can't cancel a transaction after leaving. they can dispute it. maybe they didn't actually complete the transaction while in your store and canceled the transaction rather than paying.
