As a business that provides service to existing and new customers on a daily basis, with that being said access to our customers in our database is crucial. As this point in time we have not been able to transfer those customers saved in our customer list.
Every month we utilize the Report Feature that allows us to of course pick the length of time of the financial report and download/print.
The question is essentially can we do something like this with our customer list on our platform? Would love to have the ability to do so that we can create a back up very simply rather than having go through each name and record all of the information for each customer contact.
Thoughts anyone?
