Hi !!
I recently connected my own domain to my website, but even though over a week has passed, my website is still not active and functioning. People are unable to access it. Does anybody have any solutions or things I should try?

Hi @iamlenga_tmbuk, so sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the Square Online Store!
If you have connected your own domain to the website, please make sure:
- You have follow all the steps outlined here to connect your domain
- Both the A records are point to the Weebly IP of 199.34.228.164.
- The SSL certificate is enabled so the site can be secured. If the site is appearing as unsecured, you can try to unpublish and re-publish the site to trigger the SSL certificate.
If you have tried everything and the site is still inaccessible, you can reach out to our Support team directly by:
- Go to https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/contact
- Select your topic or just click Other > I don’t see my issue, it’ll give you the option to either call or email in!
