Define what you mean by Fully Integrating with Quickbooks Desktop and a CC processor.
I use Transaction Pro Importer. By using this integration, as long as I can manually download a CSV file from my Credit Card Processor, I can get the data from the CSV file into QuickBooks Desktop. From what I have seen, this integration gets the most Details I have seen. I purchased it once and can use it not only with Square, but I can also use it for my Website which is not through Square.
Here is a Quick 20 min video I did doing a Square Import to show what can be imported from Square to QuickBooks Desktop.
Square to QuickBooks Desktop using TPI
Link to TPI's website for mor information:
Since I do an import of each transaction and each Item that is sold, my inventory is kept up to date in QuickBooks from both Square and my Website. Since you are asking about Integrations to a QuickBooks Desktop there are a few others but when I was looking this seemed to be the most versatile and had the ability to work with other platforms as long as the other platform can export a CSV file. Meaning as my business grows and sells on Ebay or Etsy or takes PayPal etc... I would not have to learn another integration just make a Maping to transfer the data from the New source to QuickBooks Desktop. The very nice part of this is that you buy TPI for a 1 time fee, and there is no monthly or yearly cost unless you want to upgrade. I paid $300 once and am on my 3rd year of using that purchase for 2 integrations. Other systems I would have had to spend about $25 a month for Square to QuickBooks Desktop and another $25 a month for an integration from my Website to QuickBooks Desktop. So I feel I am up $1500 in savings so far if I had to spend $25 a month for 2 integration.
