Converting Invoice

I recently converted from Wix to Square Online. I wanted to know if there was a way for a paid invoice to automatically be converted into an order? With Wix, I could send an invoice and once my customer pays, it converts it into an actual order for me to fulfil or even better...How can I manually add an order?
