Saturday, at a central Texas market in Georgetown Texas, a customer bought two earcuffs from my booth. As we closed the booth at the end of the market, I discovered his loved-one had left one of the two earcuffs at the booth.
Is there a way for me to let this customer know I have their second cuff and can mail it to them? I found the customer name, but no contact info. Can @Square reach out to the customer to forward a message to them?

Unfortunately Square only has the same amount of info you have which is most likely the CC used and the name of the individual on the card. It definitely helps when they sign up for a rewards program or email/text themselves a receipt. If you're not seeing either information there isn't anything Square can do. If this is a regular market they might go weekly and hopefully you can reunite them with the second cuff.
