Hi,
When I first joined square and purchased the register and the terminal I swear I initially read that you could connect your own domain a one you already own to your square site for £4.00 a month. Now am I going nuts or has anyone else seen that, read it, or has that option already etc.
It was when I first went to pick a plan and it said you could attach a domain you already own for £4.00 a month. But I decided to go with the £9.00 a month plan instead.
If anyone else has that plan or has read it could you point me in the right direction please.
I just asked customer services and I think they thought I was on mars and they said there is no option to attach your own domain for £4.00 a month 🤔

Erm, I've been using the square online since launch (as square) and never saw as £4 option, just the £9!

@OTCF - you learn something new every day! Thanks for the @!
Now I've read 'personal plan' that does ring a bell - but I'd have put money on not having seen it 🙈

Yeah I can not see it now either on that page I think it is because we both already have plan that we are subscribed too.😁

Hey @OTCF, thanks for your post!
Square Online's personal plan offers a connection to a custom domain for £4 per month, but will keep the Square branded footer. If you own your own domain with us or elsewhere, this is a great tool for that connection!
When choosing a Square Online plan it should appear as the screenshot below.
Hope this helps!

Hi @k_atie
Many thanks for the reply I knew I had seen that, unfortunately customer service said It was not something they offered! and they didn't know what I was talking about.
I currently have the professional plan which expire in January 2023 so when I go to that page the section you highlight in red is no longer there so I had nothing to show them when I enquired about downgrading to that £4.00 option.
now I can use your screenshot to show it to them 😄
