Catalogue Manager - Event Issues

Hello, 

I am unable to load my catalogue to fb or instagram shops. I see that there is an issue of:

Low Quality

These events data sources have various errors that prevent them from working correctly. 

(dynamic ads, instagram shopping, and checkout)

 

However, I don't see any guidance for how to resolve these issues.

 

Please help!

I want to make sure we're on the same page here before jumping ahead, @Lula1. Where are you seeing the Low Quality error message? 

 

Are you trying to connect your Square Online website to your Facebook - or attempting to connect your Item Library with your Instagram Business account to make posts shoppable? The two articles linked here should help you connect properly to both Instagram and Facebook.
