Can customers cancel/reschedule or confirm appointments?

I am wondering if you're considering a feature where customers can respond to confirmation text or email with confirm or cancel or reschedule.

@SOMASLP I'm very sorry for this late reply! 

 

First yes you can allow customers to cancel or reschedule appointments. To enable this - head to the Settings section of your Appointments Dashboard:

  1. Click Calendar & Booking > check the box Clients may reschedule or cancel their own appointments
  2. Scroll and choose a Cut off time for allowing clients to cancel or reschedule (from None to 2 weeks).
  3. Click Save to save your changes.

 

 

With these settings your customers will be able to cancel or reschedule their appointment from the confirmation notification (SMS/email) or from their reminder notification. Here's what it looks like from the confirmation email:
