Can I list items with just Modifiers? or Do I have to use Options/Variations too?

Howdy!  I'm setting up my online site and am getting confused.  Here is what I want to do:

My item is a Red Dog Collar.  I have modifiers for the type of buckle (3 options), the size (7 options), and the width (5 options). Several of the options have an added fee.

I do not need to track inventory.  

Without a variation, my item does not show up in my shop.  Do I  have to do something to create all the possible combinations (105) that can be created and sold?

HI, list the type or option that is fee based first (this determines price), then add other options, colors, sizes etc.

IF you wish to have only one drop down then you would need to list every possible combination.

It looks clunky but would work.

IF you wanted to use Modifiers, under Modifier Settings you can add Additional Cost.

Thank you for your fast response, Terri!  I made one an option with their respective prices, then added the other two as modifiers and that seemed to do the trick.  Thank you!!!!
