Appointments for multiple location

We added a storefront to our mobile busniess and want clients to be able to use the online booking feature but only for the storefront and not the mobile. Is this possible and how?

Thanks for surfacing! If I'm understanding your question correctly, it sounds like you want to use the multiple location feature, though only allow appointments at your storefront location.

 

At this time, settings like cancellation policy, appointment preferences, and online booking rules automatically apply to all locations. Our Appointments Team is tracking this request, and we'll announce any developments as they come through.

We are a Santa Photos company with multiple shopping centre locations set up with square for appointments and point of sale.  Ideally we would like customers to pre-pay for there selected items when making their appointment, however some centres offer a free photo option.  Each shopping centre is set up as a different location.

 

Is it possible to have the credit card pre-payment option on some locations and not others?  Or is it set up the same way for all locations.  I would like the option to edit each location's requirements individually?  Is this possible?

Hi @Shelleyold Thanks for reaching out! The ability to have different appointment settings for each location is currently a feature request, so you would not be able to do this with prepayments either. I've merged your post with an existing thread where another seller is looking for location based management in appointments so we can try to keep all similar requests in one place.

Hi Ashley, thank you for your reply.. so just to be clear, so if I have say, 15 different locations for Santa Photos, some of which have all paid items available and some that offer a free photo, if I want to include the pre-payment/credit card details on the location that has paid items, and not on the location that offers the service for free, this is not possible.. its a one in all in situation?  In other words I would like to ask for credit card details and pre-payment of merchandise items in some of the centres and not in others?

@Shelleyold, that is correct. You will need to accept prepayment on all locations or none of the locations.
