After I cash out a customer my calendar is faded out. How do I shut off that highlight feature?

I remember, vaguely, appointments asking me if I wanted to "fade out" the old appointments after payments. I realized that this ft removes it from my google calendar- which I don't want. How do I stop this?

I didn't know the answer to this off the top of my head, so I reached out to an Appointment Specialist. 

 

Currently appointments will always gray out on your Square Calendar after a payment is accepted. 

 

Your Google Calendar works a little differently. Appointments will gray out after the appointments time has passed. If the appointment is paid for the appearance should not change at all. The appointments should not be removed from your Google Calendar after payment. Appointments will disappear from your calendar if you cancel them. 

 

I recommend checking the settings of your Google Calendar if appointments are disappearing.
