We have used square happily for 11 YEARS. With the help of support we changed to Square Retail with plans to go to the next level. Somehow there was a second account opened, not by me. It has been two months with one call after the other and it is a mess. My loan %were not taking out. Making it look bad on a perfect record of 5 loans. I was told it was fixed but not. My register is so I can’t get instant deposit or make any corrections, my team members can’t access what they are allowed. I myself cannot access what I need. Time after time I’m told something different. I have ask for senior management and call after call it’s got worse. Now I will never go the next step with Square, I’m paying for a register and receipt printer, and can’t depend on anything. Where do I go from here.
