Adding more stores

Hello I tried to make third store locations. Despite all my efforts, dashboard continued to fail creating another one. Main problem is when I go to the Account & Setting and click on "New Location" the new page "Location Detail" does not have any other options than 2 locations which I had already placed to choose from at the very bottom of the page.  It asks to choose only one of the two locations to "Match Item Library from Another Location" Therefore, I do not have a way to expand the store. I asked the same question over the phone and she had me go repeat the same.  Thank you for your early answers.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the frustration. Are you still running into issues with adding your third location? 

 

You should be able to add another store location from the online Square Dashboard > Locations > Create Location (blue button in the upper right corner of the screen).

 

Hope this helps clear things up. If not, please let us know of you're receiving any kind of error message or send a screenshot of where things are getting stuck to our Customer Success Team. They'll be able to take a deeper dive into your settings.
