Adding description of service receipts

I would like to just add a description of work we did to each receipt without saving it in the app.

I work on cars and I would like to add what we did to the car.  I will never do the same thing twice

on each car again.

Is there a way to do this on each receipt without adding it under items?  Is it possible to add it as

a one time description? I Don't see an area where I can add a description on the

POS.

The only place you can add notes is in an item.  You could just have an item called Service Details with 0 price and add your notes to this item every time you ring a sale.
