My word of the year is Abundance! Abundant in health, energy and creating wealth by bringing value to others.  I help stores, pharmacies and salons with private label essential oils, cbd and skincare so me focusing on them having a profit center to create abundance in their business with value they bring to other’s lives through better health!

"I hope things don't get even worse." Not very optimistic, I admit.

How y'all doing? My business (at least the one I use Square for, which is aerial drone photography) is as dead as a coffin nail in the winter, so I haven't been around. I hope everyone had a great holiday and wish y'all the best of health and happiness in 2023. Maybe I'll stop by more often to pass some time.

Hmmm. Same as every other year — “breathe in, breathe out.”  It’s amazing how much noise in my head goes away if I just do that!

I love that.  For me if I need a reset, I take a deep breath and as I release, I speak the words "What's done is done and I'm beginning anew".  Sometimes internally you have to reset to hush the noise.

@Ani_ our phrase for this year "this must be the place" - to allow us to roll with the post-Covid comeback and rebuild and all that comes with it including in our personal lives and rebuilding ourselves after a rough end to 2022.

Hello everyone! My phrase is Get Sh** done! Staying on task can become overwhelming when growing and running a business. so everyday I just say out loud "Ok lets get Sh** done today!" This phrase came from a brass bracelet I purchased a few years ago.

We seem to be saying 'it'll ease' a lot in the office of late. Covid numbers, inflation, energy costs, workload, chocolate shortages, employee shortages, world conflicts, Brexit, commerical rates, rail, postal, and health service strikes. Let's hope it does ease we all could do with some stability in our lives.

"Persevere" - as many businesses are struggling, and people are having a hard time with our terrible inflation, my business is being impacted, too. At times, it feels like I might be forced into retirement. So, to keep positive, and hopeful, I recall the times in the past that I've felt this way, and kept going! I've been independently performing and recording for 14 years now, and I'm still getting booked, and my music discovered across the globe, so again, perseverance will float me through 2023 and beyond!
