You can now reprint order tickets from the Square Point of Sale app on iPads!
Next time your printer runs out of paper or an order ticket falls behind the prep station, you'll be able to reprint it from 3 (yes, three!) different places in the Square POS app for iPads.
Here's how:
You can reprint an order ticket from current cart, Transactions tab, or open ticket list.
To reprint an order from the current cart:
- Tap the down arrow in the top right.
- Tap Reprint Ticket.
To reprint from your transactions:
- From the Square app, tap:
- Tap Transactions.
- Locate the order you’d like to reprint > tap Reprint Ticket.
Note: For closed tickets, the option to reprint will only appear if the order is completed in the last 1 hour.
To reprint from your open tickets:
- Select Tickets.
- Tap Edit.
- Select ticket to reprint > tap Reprint Ticket
