Square Appointments now includes fixed-rate and tiered commissions!
Square Appointments is happy to announce that you can now assign and track commissions for each of your staff on Dashboard. Commissions are a core part of incentivizing and compensating staff members, whether they’re based on years of experience or items or services sold.
You can assign flat rate or tiered commissions for each team member, whichever suits the team best. Tiers can be defined by total volume or value of items or services sold -- the more your team sells, the more you earn. Team members’ earned commissions are automatically imported to reports for quick reviews, as well as to Payroll for estimated earnings per pay period.
You can access this feature through the commissions section under the Team page with an active Appointments or Team Plus subscriptions.
