Delivery and Curbside Pickup updates

 

Pace incoming orders during a rush

Bring new efficiency to your order process. Define the maximum number of pickup or delivery orders you can fulfill in a specified period of time.

 

This has been a highly-requested feature and we’re extremely pleased to release it. Set your delivery and pickup order cadence here.

Set separate hours for pickup and delivery

Another popular feature request has been released to help you better manage your time by gaining more control over your fulfillment methods. You can now independently set your pickup and delivery schedules at each of your store locations. Set your pickup and delivery hours here.

Keep your customers updated with a free announcement pop-up

Previously a feature of our paid plans, you can now use a pop-up banner to let your customers see your current status and keep them apprised of changes. 


To create a banner go to your online store dashboard and navigate to Website > Pop-ups on the left. With multiple layouts and customization options, you can keep your customers informed in the way that best suits your brand.

New curbside pickup workflow

Orders for curbside pickup display in a dedicated workflow in the Orders tab. Plus, printed tickets for curbside pickup now have their own unique format.

 

In addition to Delivery and Pickup order types, you’ll now see a Curbside option for quick filtering in your orders.

Quick reorder with Recent Orders category

Now you can give customers the ability to view and select from their most recent orders by adding a Recent Orders category to your Order Online page. The feature is auto-enabled by default. For more information on configuring your Order Online page, click here.
