These updates will allow you to expand your reach and grow your online sales with features like a new TikTok integration (available via waitlist) and Pay with Cash App. The updates will also let you control further details within Square Online settings, such as item-level shipping rates, cookie consent, and more.
Here are the newest Square Online updates as we head into November:
Turn TikToks into sales
Sync your Square item catalog to TikTok and feature a Shopping tab on your TikTok profile, or include product links in videos to grow your sales. This feature is currently available via waitlist.
Cash App Pay
Reach over 70 million Cash App users and offer another seamless, secure way to pay for items in your online store.
Manage on-demand delivery in POS
On-demand delivery lets you offer courier-powered delivery without the high commission fees. Now, you can view live tracking of couriers and receive order status updates on your Square Point-of-Sale. Enable on-demand delivery >
Customer reviews with images
Your customers can now add images along with their product reviews, making reviews more powerful for shoppers. Reviews are available on the Performance and Premium plans.
Configure custom service charges
Turn on itemized taxes and you can create and apply custom service charges for pickup, delivery and self-serve orders from the Square Dashboard.
Location-specific item modifiers
Assign different modifiers to an item depending on its location. Now you don't need to create multiple copies of the same item for each location.
Cookie consent management
Remain compliant with your local consumer data privacy laws using our updated cookie consent management module.
Item-level shipping rates
You can now set up custom shipping profiles to create special shipping rates for specific items.
