When creating a new invoice or estimate, you can now enter either your customer’s phone number or email address! The email address is no longer a required field.
Quickly create an invoice or estimate with your customer’s phone number and then manually share it with your customer from your own email client or share the invoice by text message.
To get started, visit your online Square Dashboard or click Invoices from the navigation menu in your Square app. Click Create Invoice and follow the instructions to create a new customer with either a phone number or email address.
