Today, we’re excited to introduce a new way to share Square. While we’ve had a referral program for quite some time, today in the US, we’re introducing an updated program that will allow you to get rewarded (in cash) for each new business you refer to Square.
Sign up for the new Square Referral Program, refer a fellow business not using Square, and receive up to $1,000 when they use Square for payments.

So, how do I get started with this new program?
1. Learn more about Square Referrals and create an account: Visit the landing page here to find out more information about the program and common FAQs. Click the CTA on the landing page to create a referral account via our partner, Saasquatch by Impact.
- Start referring: Once you’ve signed up via Saasquatch by Impact, you’ll get a unique signup link that you can share with businesses in your network you think would be a good fit for Square.
- Reap the rewards: Get between $75-$1,000 per referral when the business you refer starts taking payments with Square. The amount you receive is dependent upon the annual revenues expected from the referee’s business.*
- Track the progress: If qualified, start receiving your rewards automatically and use your dashboard to track all of your referrals and rewards.
