Our team is excited to share two new updates to gift cards following November's improvements.
First, you have increased visibility into the history of a gift card. Now, you are able to see how much money was loaded/redeemed, on what dates, and at what locations.
Additionally, there is a new "Clear Gift Card with Reason" screen that appears when you select to clear a gift card's balance. We hope that this will add an additional barrier from accidental clearings of balances and add some transparecy by listing a reason for its clearing.
