Square Appointments is now integrated with Square Online, so you can now take bookings through the same stylish website you use to sell products, educate customers about your business, and more. With this new integration, you will have access to existing online booking features of Square Appointments plus the customization and ecommerce features of Square Online.

How can I get started with the Square Online integration?
If you’re an existing Square Appointments seller, visit the Online Booking section of your Appointments Dashboard and follow the prompts to preview & edit your new Square Online website. You will maintain the same intuitive booking experience for customers with the added functionality of Square Online, including font and color customization to match your brand.
If you’re new to Square Appointments, simply Get Started with Square Appointments to access the Square Online integration.
Will I lose access to any online booking features from my existing website?
No, you will not lose any features from your current website.
Will the URL for my existing website stay the same?
If you’re an existing Square Appointments seller, when you set up your new booking website you will get a new URL along with the new Square Online website. However, any customers navigating to your old booking website URL will be automatically redirected to your new website.
What if I already have a Square Online website?
If you’re an existing Square Appointments seller, Online Booking section of your Appointments Dashboard
and follow the prompts to add the booking page to your existing website.
If you’re new to Square Appointments, you’ll first need to create a Square Appointments account. Then visit the Online Booking section of your Appointments Dashboard and follow the prompts to add the booking page to your existing website.
How can I customize my website?
With our Square Online integration, you will be able to choose the layout, font style, colors, and optional website pages that go best with your business. Visit our Support Centre article on customizing your website to learn more.
What additional costs are associated with using Square Online?
When you create your Square Online website through Square Appointments, you will automatically be opted into the free version of Square Online and will be able to access features on this tier. If you wish to have advanced features, like a custom domain or abandoned cart emails, simply upgrade to a premium Square Online plan. Please note that your Square Online subscription will be separate from your Square Appointments subscription.
What are the processing costs associated with my Square Online website?
Processing fees through Square Appointments (e.g. in-person, card on file, cancellation fees) will not change when you set up your Square Online website. However, you will have a separate processing rate for ecommerce transactions processed through your website. Visit the Square Online pricing page to learn more about ecommerce processing rates.
