Terminal Not showing KEypad

Good evening I've just upgraded from the reader to the terminal.  However the front screen just shows my business name,  I can't access the keypad unless I use my phone and I thought I didn't have to use my phone with it

Hi @dawnholistic, thanks for letting us know. 

 

The Square Terminal is a standalone device, and it does not need to be connected to your phone or anything else. 

 

When you log in, you should see something like this:

Here is a video step-by-step guide to turning on your Terminal and getting it up and running. 

 

Can you try the steps and let me know if it works? If not, can you please share a photo of how the Terminal looks on your end - thank you.
