Staff profiles on checkout
How do different staff members select their name when taking an order. I’ve created team members, surely they don’t need to login each time they need to use the till?

Hi @staceysymp, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community.
Yes, the idea of Team Permissions and individual passcodes is that you can control what actions and information your team can access on a shared point of sale and be able to differentiate and track sales.
This means each team member will need to log in with their own pin if you would like to keep track of their sales.

Are you using the general Point of Sale app (black and white) @staceysymp? I would check first of all that you have passcodes enabled on your devices, you can check from the app:
More > Settings > Security > Passcodes > Enable
Then to switch users, head to More again and you'll see 'Log out X' - this will allow your team to switch users!
