why is it taking so long for my domain to transfer to square? Ive tried calling customer support only to be on hold for 40 minutes

I did my domain transfer 20 days ago, they told me it would be about 7 days and now I am ready to publish my shop and it is still telling me domain transfer still in progress, This is so frustrating and I need my shop to be up and running asap. Does anyone know why this is taking so long

1. What domain host are you transferring your domain from?
2. What is your URL?
3. Have you taken a look at all of the instructions in this article?

HI, a complete transfer of a domain takes up to 14 business days.

Take a look at the comments in this thread. If you still don't have a transferred domain after 14 business days, please give us a call.

I paid for 1 year subscription and transferred my domain 4 days ago.  It is still transferring.  It is unlocked with the domain holder I had, they unlocked it immediately and gave me an authourization code and told me it was unlocked for 10 days....then it locks again.  How come 
Square hasn't got it transferred yet?  I was told up to 7 days now, but see some are told 14!!! My domain will lock again if I am forced to wait that long and I am paying Square for the subscription.

Hey @RachelC- We took a closer look and found that there’s a transfer for the .com pending. However, the .com is still locked so you will need to reach out to rebel.ca to unlock it and retrieve the code once again.

I did. I have proof it is unlocked from Rebel.ca and multiple times daily, I re enter the authorization code on your site to transfer.  I previously contacted support on your site and they told me it takes 7 days to complete transfer on your end even though unlocked. Tomorrow is 7 days, so will see what happens. Rebel will relock it after 10 days, not before, and that's Feb 11th.  I've transferred domain before and never had this problem.
